IF ALREADY REGISTERED: Get their name and look on list and resign them up with today's date. If
not on list, look in red notebook if they signed up less than two months ago. If more, look in
green notebook.
IF THE CALLER IS NEW Say this to caller:
"We are not an agency. We do not find you a job. We list your name
on a list and people who have jobs call us for the list. We will
keep your name on our list for 5 weeks. If you do not get a job,
call us back in 3 weeks and we will continue to list your name. DO
NOT CALL US FOR NAMES, WE DO NOT GIVE OUT NAMES OVER THE PHONE.
